As a CRM Specialist, you will work with customer dialogue, customer loyalty and offers – primarily focusing on digital channels. This to increase payment revenue from their users. You will be responsible for parts of their automated communication in the customer's life cycle working in close cooperation with the editorial and the development team. By utilizing behavioral data and user insight, you know how to give the right message to the right person in the right channel.

As a CRM Specialist at Aftonbladet you´ll be working closely together with CRM Specialist, Campaign Coordinators, Developers and the editorial team. You will have a key role in developing comprehensive communication, through various channels to both new and existing subscribers, as well as maximizing satisfaction through insight, marketing automation and marketing communication. You will work both strategically and hands on. You have a good understanding of digital channels and the digital customer journey. Experience in setting up automated, multi-channel communication and you are analytical with a creative mind that is driven by trying new methods to achieve the best customer experience.
For this position, you need to be fluent in Swedish.
