You’ll be setting the customer strategy, spreading customer insights throughout the company, analyzing customer behaviour and suggesting activities that will develop and retain the customers - digital only. You will also be in charge of curation of TV4 Play’s site as well as for SEO.
Your main responsibility will be to increase usage and loyalty.
Based on customer strategy you’ll make sure the team act on best retention initiatives. Your team will deliver both calendar driven messaging and automated processes, from planning to execution and follow up. You will make sure to create the best customer experience by coordinating with other internal stakeholders from e.g. Analytics, Product, Data, Content and Customer Service team.
- Deliver on customer strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with company goals
- Responsible for messaging plan that will develop, retain and win back our customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish shared priorities and roadmaps
- Continuously optimize way of working, develop competences, systems, tools and methods to maximize team engagement and productivity
- Define and follow up on annual cost budget
As a person you probably have a proactive, self motivated and problem solving mindset and focus. You are experienced as a leader and have a great understanding of databases and customer insight data. You are structured and good at coordinating.
