With a common interest in animals, they already have a close relationship and high engagement from their customers and they now want to ensure that this meaningful dialogue is moved into the digital landscape, e.g. through personalization and automation, which is where you come in.

As a CRM Analyst at Agria, you will play a key role in developing the CRM team. You will be the go-to person when it comes to developing insights based on the customer data, in other words, the one who sets the ground for the whole customer experience work. You’ll review and explore follow-ups on different kinds of activities, to be able to adjust and optimize future activities based on that data, all to make sure Agria reaches their customers in the best possible way.

For example you will:

  • Drive the development of the work with data linked to customer service, marketing and sales.
  • Act as a super-user and technical owner for relevant system support in advanced analysis of customer data in Agria’s database.
  • Segment and select data to create loyalty, win new customers and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor trends and new opportunities in CRM, analysis and advanced models.
  • Carry out proactive analysis regarding business development in customer service, marketing and sales.
  • Daily, support business owners and other stakeholders with follow-up and analysis.
  • Document insights and lessons for continuous learning and development.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in Agria's IT department.

We think that you:

  • You’ve been working in a similar role for some years (4-6) and have the self-confidence to be a leading person in the organization within this area.
  • Have a team-oriented and positive mindset.
  • Want to be in an environment where you get to build and set the grounds for this work.
  • Are comfortable in speaking and writing in both Swedish and English.
