Collaborating closely with design lead, developers, product managers, and key stakeholders to deliver a world-class experience to Cints B2B customers. You will work on products that play a major role in the company strategy and revenue. Operating with a lot of freedom with a direct impact on their key products. Cint works with market researchers like Kantar, Nielsen and GFK and companies like Surveymonkey, OmniCom, Group M, Bonnier, Klarna, iZettle, and Tobii. With a reachable consumer base of 50,000,000 people in more than 80 countries. Cints new brand is ready to be implemented so the role is hands-on working from research and insights through wireframing and mockups as well as pixel-perfect design.
Preferably we see that you have both strong interaction and visual design skills and are a person with a pragmatic approach – you can see what can be done now, and still, work towards a long-term vision.
- Work on improving Cints core product
- Conduct user testing and interviews
- Create wireframes and flowcharts
- Create both hi-fi and lo-fi mockups and prototypes

Your skill-set includes working in companies that required cross-functional collaboration and a strong understanding of a products life cycle. Furthermore, you have the ability to chip into product discussions at a high-level and are not afraid of selling your ideas internally. You enjoy solving problems and leading ideas to reality. You have a great sense for simple yet usable design and you take pride in delivering great work and you can balance quality over speed. You are a good communicator and a team player. You probably have a few years of experience from a tech company or product-focused/innovation/design agency.
