Support a boutique SaaS company in evaluating and reimagining their customer support activities.

We are currently looking for a Freelance Service Designer to support our client, a SaaS company working with B2B aviation chartering, in understanding and improving their support offering. Think: researching, workshopping, analyzing, screening, reporting, compiling, roadmapping, and making recommendations.

Starting as soon as possible, 100% capacity (likely to decrease once the initial delivery is made). Fluent English is required. Location is flexible as long as time-zone accommodations can be made (you’ll be working with colleagues sitting on the east coast of the US).
