As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will be a part of the Customer Experience team focusing on TV4 Medias digital channels such as TV4 Play and Fotbollskanalen. You will analyze customer behavior and come up with activities to develop and keep customers. Also use behavioral data and user insights in a smart way to ensure that the right customer is reached by the right message in the right channel and at the right time.
- Be the team’s “MA expert”, focusing on manage and develop the automated customer journey to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and reducing churn.
- Spend time in Adobe Campaign, defining target groups and working hands-on with customer communication, customer loyalty and messages in digital channels.
- Participate in channel development and other projects together with other internal stakeholders from Tech, Product, Marketing, Data, Analysis and Customer Service.
- Experienced within the MA/CRM field.
- A highly analytical and data-driven problem solver.
- Extremely motivated by doing things smarter and more efficiently.
- Humble but confident, driven, and self-propelled.
- Fluent in Swedish
