Cancerfonden is an independent non-profit organization with the overall aim to achieve a higher survival rate and the vision to find the cure for cancer!
As the Digital Product Owner you will be responsible for the digital platform Cancerfonden.se and the Cancerfonden app as well as developing new value streams together with external partners.
In this role you will manage technical heritage, gather requirements and feedback, track progress and develop new functionality to support Cancerfondens efforts to become the market leader in digital fundraising and communication.
The site and the app will be your main tools to strengthen opinion-leading efforts, spread knowledge and boost fundraising. You will play an important role leading the external development team, owning the backlog and being in charge of implementation, test, and evaluation. Collaborating closely with digital analysts, developers and UX designers.
From a business standpoint, you will be the one that prioritizes and initializes internal digital wishes and projects, managing stakeholders and making sure prioritized initiatives align with the overall strategy and impact goals.
The other part of the role is business developing as part of the cross functional product developing growth team, building partnerships and integrations towards external players, it could for example be a gift button at an e-com check out.
You have an analytic mind-set and can manage a strategy and have the creativity to develop it into tactical solutions that will boost digital fundraising and grow the overall brand and presence of Cancerfonden. You also have educational skills and a desire to get everyone on-board as the organization is moving towards its agile, data-driven future.
Your decisions will be based on internal strategies regarding customers needs and wishes, fundraising and knowledge goals, market conditions, and technology. This role belongs to the Communications and Marketing department and you will report to the Director of Communications and Marketing.
You have at least 2 years experience and a proven track record probably from an consumer product as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, E-com manager or related roles. Btw, understanding Swedish is a requirement. The work you do will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout Cancerfonden and we promise you will have a lot of fun!
