With an expansive and sales focused journey ahead it’s time to recruit a E-commerce Specialist to join their Ecommerce Team.
This role comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun!
You’ll will take lead in driving sales on our sites. This means that you, through data driven analysis, will focus on optimizing the customer journey, observing streams and dropouts. You’ll implement and set up cross- and up sell strategies, secure sale functionality and site performance, identifying trends and opportunities while also securing accuracy on the site in accordance with local consumer laws. You will troubleshoot website issues and initiate the path to resolution with the internal and external IT teams.
You will be working closely with and report to the Head of E-commerce and together with the rest of the team, you will run Fenix branded sites to ensure improved efficiency and a first-class customer journey. You will team up with the group’s market divisions and external agencies to create the e-commerce of the future.
To succeed in this role we believe you have a couple of years of experience from a similar role, and a proven track record of driving online sales. You are tech-savvy and have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
You enjoy taking ownership of both challenges and opportunities and initiate ideas to solutions. You are business driven, but you also have a good sense of brand building.
As a person, we believe you are the typical spider in the web - you have strong skills in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. You are self-propelled and structured with attention to detail. Moreover, you are not afraid to roll up the sleeves when needed and you care about sustainability and quality.
