As an Editorial Director you will lead the work with the editorial team and set strategies, plan and govern the content in digital channels (social media and web ) in Visit Swedens different markets. You will make sure the content always create a high engagement and relevant traffic. You will lead and coordinate the editorial work to best set conditions to work effectively and achieve the right goals.

This role requires that you are a team player with a digital background from web and social media. That you love to create great stories and engage your audience and also knows which methods and tools you need to get the best results. You will need a prior experience in leading a team and establish new processes and set structures. You probably like analysis and to follow up activities, always with an interest in new trends and tools to optimize and reach the best efficiency.
Please note that this is a one year assignment, based in the headquarters in Stockholm, Gamla stan. Fluent Swedish is required.
