GeoGuessr is a game where you get to explore the world and test your ability to figure out where you are at. Their journey started in 2013, but in many respects has just begun. In recent years, they have focused on building a fantastic team and investing in improving their game and creating more game modes. And interest in playing GeoGuessr continues to grow strongly – recently passing over 40 million registered players in more than 140 countries.

Now they are entering the next phase towards their vision to make everyone discover how fun it is to explore the world with GeoGuessr, and take their game to a triple-A gaming experience both on the web and in their apps.

About the role

We are looking for a Product designer with a few years of experience. In your role, you will be involved in creating a really good user experience for the players. You will collaborate with various design skills, such as 3D artists, game designers and sound artists. You will work closely with our development teams to deliver UI and concepts.

Who are you?

  • You have experience of working with digital design and digital product development.
  • You have worked with modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • You have the emphasis on visual design, as well as a good understanding of flows and concepts.
  • You are independent and want to challenge yourself.
  • You are encouraged to work in a flexible and innovative environment.

It is a plus if you have experience in game design, animations, sound and like to prepare and lead creative workshops.
