Once again, TRIB is proud and happy to take part in changing the car industry together with Polestar. Now the Brand & Marketing team are looking for their next Head of Digital Brand & Marketing , who will lead the work of and the Polestar app.

This position is based in Göteborg.

As Head of Digital Brand & Marketing you will lead and manage a team within Brand & Marketing and drive the change agenda of Polestar’s web and app. You will together with a cross functional team be responsible for creating a world-class digital customer experience. This includes setting the channel strategies and roadmaps for these channels/products but also ensuring customer satisfaction and optimization of brand awareness, qualitative traffic and conversion in order to drive leads and sales. Your success is highly dependent on close cooperation and agile ways of working together with other teams both within and outside of the Brand & Marketing department.

Building a global brand through local markets and a successful digital business is nothing new to you and that experience will be crucial in this position. Your leadership and change management background from B2C within organizations scaling at a rapid pace will be a key success factor. Also knowing your way through a global organization where many stakeholders and coworkers will be involved and affected by your actions.

We are looking for a leader with a background in e-commerce and digital marketing with agile development and user-centered approach, who can build successful organizations and teams, scaling sales and brand through customer engagement. Main Responsibilities:
The overall strategy, purpose, target audiences, scope and development of Polestar’s web and app to ensure we build brand and business.

Drive leads, sales, customer satisfaction and established brand KPI’s.

UI design system and secure alignment with the overall brand platform and corporate identity.

Budgets, KPI’s, roadmaps, prioritizing the backlogs and setting business requirements for Polestar’s web and app.

Monitoring, analysis and optimization of the web and app.

Efficient development the web and app by the implementation of data-driven and agile ways of working in cooperation with the Digital/IT, CX and other teams involved in the development processes

Coordination, communication, and processes to ensure that overall business and local market requirements are taken into consideration and reflected in the backlogs.

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) and driving the CRO-process with internal and external partners.
