We are helping MAJORITY find their next CRM Manager, to work with creating a natural, informative and personal customer communication journey. As CRM Manager you will have a key role in developing comprehensive communication through various channels to both new and existing customers, as well as maximizing satisfaction and revenue through insight, marketing automation and marketing communication. You will work both strategically and hands on with always on and campaign focused communication. You must have a good understanding of digital channels and the overall customer journey. Planing, implementing and following up on tailor-made activities.
More specifically you will:
- maximize the value for the existing customer, by information and support through targeted communication
- analyse and prioritize the CRM activities and channels
- integrate CRM into ongoing marketing plans
- be responsible for and create customised content for different channels
To do this, you:
- have a few years of experience from strategic as well as hands on CRM
- experience in target group segmentation and Marketing Automation
- have a good knowledge of why and how content is used to reach target groups
- are analytical and data driven
- are prestigeless, for real - MAJORITY is in start up phase and everyone is and has to be eager to grasp the opportunities that comes with working in a start up
