- Be the team’s “MA expert”, focusing on manage and develop the automated customer journey to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and lowering churn.
- Spend time in Adobe Campaign, defining target groups and working hands-on with customer communication, customer loyalty and messages in digital channels.
- Participate in channel development projects together with other internal stakeholders from technology, product, marketing, and customer service.
- Experienced within the MA/CRM field.
- A highly analytical and data-driven problem solver.
- Extremely motivated by doing things smarter and more efficient.
- Humble but confident, driven and self-propelled.
