We're continuing to partner with Bonnier Broadcasting (TV4 and C More) in several recruitments, now helping their Customer Experience team with a Marketing Automation Specialist. Bonnier Broadcasting is in the middle of a digital transformation where focus is to convert viewers to users, focusing on digital development and streaming.

You’ll be responsible for analyzing customer behavior and proposing activities that develop and retain customers. You will work hands-on with customer communication, customer loyalty and messages in digital channels via email and push notifications. The goal is satisfied customers and to make sure they want to stay with us for as long as possible. You will work with both tablet-driven messages and automated processes in the customer lifecycle. Using behavioral data and user insights in a smart way to ensure that the right recipients are reached by the right message in the right channel and at the right time.

Bonnier Broadcating is experimenting with machine learning / AI to best segment the customer base. For the right person, this is a unique opportunity to drive the development of AI-optimized and automated communication. You'll work closely with their data scientists to create business value based on predictive data models.

You’ll initiate, build, implement and follow up various activities. Spend a lot of time in Adobe Campaign defining audiences and securing mailings from start to finish. In order to create the best customer experience, you will collaborate with other internal stakeholders from technology, product, market, customer service and more. You’ll become a given participant in system and channel development projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Initiate and implement targeted activities from beginning to end, based on customer strategy and customer communication programs.
  • Understand and define audiences.
  • Build and execute activities in Adobe Campaign.
  • Follow up on completed activities, analyze and draw lessons for future activities.
  • Quality assured customer activities created by other team members.
  • Ensure data quality and CRM systems and continuously develop requirements.
  • Participate in digital channel development.
