Hjärnfonden needs more digital competence and is now growing with a Technical Project Manager. The role belongs to the Communications and Marketing department and will report to the Director of Communications and Marketing.
There is a lot of value to contribute as a team member at Hjärnfonden! The work you do will strengthen opinion-leading efforts, spread knowledge and boost fundraising. You will play an important role in leading the external development team, owning the backlog and being in charge of implementation, test, and evaluation. Collaborating closely with external parties as well as internal stakeholders.
This role will be fun and diverse and can be split into two different areas of responsibility. On one hand, you will work with hands-on digital projects, such as improving and iterating hjärnfonden.se and optimizing user flows, for example payment solutions. On the other hand, you will be the product owner of internal systems such as the CMS, CRM, and BI-tool (Power-BI). That entails responsibility for the technical management of these systems, as well as being the speaking partner towards external partners and suppliers. From a business standpoint, you will be the one that prioritizes internal inquiries on improvements and making sure prioritized initiatives align with the overall strategy and impact goals.
What are our thoughts on a relevant background? Most likely you have at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record from a role as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, E-com manager, or related roles. Btw, understanding Swedish is a requirement.
