Together with the CX-team, you will work with all parts of the bank. Your team, a group of smart people whose efforts are highly valued in their work to continue digitizing the bank.
In the role of senior UX designer, you will primarily work on designing the bank's processes, services, and offers. Something that you need to feel a strong passion for. And of course, you do!
You will be given the opportunity to work both strategically and more operationally in development sprints. This closely with both your team and colleagues from other departments, such as business, sales, analysis, and development. The task is quite varied in a changing environment.
To be successful in this role, you need to be communicative and also have the ability to take initiative.
Also, you have to like to facilitate workshops and to lead and inspire people. So, you have an easy time working with others - leading, helping and inspiring them.
You have at least 5 years of experience within UX and you like working with user research, prototyping, interaction design, and concepts. And as written above, you love to create smart experiences that users really like.
You have already worked agile with UX for web, mobile and app. You can, of course, handle both the Swedish and the English language.
