As Head of Concept & Design at The Bonnier News Brand Studio you’ll manage and coach a team of 10-14 employees consisting of production managers, designers, creatives, copywriter and tech editors. You’ll be leading the creative team in their daily tasks of developing, visualizing and producing concepts and content to the stakeholders. You will be responsible for the quality, staffing and budgets for the projects. Under your lead, the projects will flow smoothly and the team will deliver top content while keeping the optimistic vibe at the agency.
In this position you’ll need to be a confident leader with a positive attitude, always walking that extra mile for your team. You’re coaching and inspiring and love both listening and sharing your knowledge with others.
