In this role you will hold the final responsibility for bought and earned channels. Taking part in setting the goals and KPIs for online channels and making sure that these goals are held and kept in the most efficient way possible. The main objective will be to drive growth through customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Having a user-centric approach to everything you do, you make data driven decisions and build your theses from what’s known, enabling you to explore what’s not yet known - always keeping Polestar at the forefront. You have a curious mind that needs to and knows how to evolve and keep improving on the task at hand.
As Head of Digital Marketing you will work with the overall media strategy, narrowed down into every output and channel whilst keeping the brand, but also the local adaptions, aligned. Leading the media strategy and media budget work will make you a big part in enabling the Polestar brand, filling it with life.
You will optimize and scale the performance marketing channels and evaluate and improve channel performance to drive profitable growth, primarily by leading the work towards the media agency. It’s essential that you have a successful track record from similar roles on a global level and have a deep understanding of working with a premium brand. Also, experience from building and leading a team within this area.
Profile & skills:
- Proven online sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to drive digital sale & marketing processes, from plan to closure
- A business mind-set with previous online marketing experience
- A good understanding of all digital marketing channels, both strategically and through operative experience
- Experience from international organisations and leadership on multiple markets
