We are more than happy to be a part of this great product and success by helping Readly strengthening the Activation part of their Growth team with a Customer Onboarding Specialist as well as an Activation Specialist.
As the Activation Specialist at Readly you’ll be responsible for defining the experience for new users first interaction with the website and app. You will use analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, develop A/B testing strategies to ensure conversion across landing points. And coordinate cross-functionally with Analytics, CRM, Design & Development teams to manage the setup of all relevant campaigns. In other words you will review, manage and optimise the customer purchase flow.
You’ll be the one responsible for creating the best possible experience across all markets!
To enjoy working in this position you are probably a person who are facinated by human behavior. You also like to manage projects, have a background from marketing and preferably experience from working with a digital product. Furthermore you are probably a problem solver who loves to interact with other people. This since this position is key in bridging between the teams responsible for acquisition and activation of Readly’s users. A role that requires a lot of cooperation and communication skills.
