Being a global start-up and a premium brand, Polestar probably needs no further introduction. What you might not yet know enough about is their ambitions and plans for the future. They are big. Sadly we can not tell you more at this moment, but hey, join the process and get a glimpse of the future. But we can promise a couple of things. The task and role is really senior, with many exciting and major challenges.

As CDO at Polestar, you will lead the digital business from a user-centric perspective and build your organization to be agile and fast-paced when it comes to workflows and delivery.

You are someone who sees and understands the demands of today's customers, but also simultaneously predicts and invents the needs of tomorrow. Both from a technical and a user perspective.

You will be developing the customer journey, continuing to drive the digital product throughout the customer life cycle. You will be engaging future customers with a premium technical experience, enhancing the ownership of a Polestar, connecting digital experience with the real world.

With a clear vision and leadership, you deliver to a plan, being a truly transformational change manager of the car industry.

Yes, you need to already be an experienced digital leader. From working on developing and delivering technical solutions across the organization, with a clear focus on transformation. E-commerce is one of your areas of expertise, but a lot more is vital. To be clear, we are searching for a disrupter, with a structured mind and a strong capacity to deliver digital (and technical) value.

To succeed with this task you need to be both collaborative and ownership focused, with the ambition to always add value in every engagement and reach success. Thinking solutions, not problems. Nothing is ever ready, so you must be able to work comfortably within an increasing lack of control.

You will manage a global team (200 p), working close with their HQ in Gothenburg.
