In the role as CX Strategist you vill be part of the marketing team working with optimizing the communication and experience towards Cancerfondens existing and potential donors. Your mission will be to oversee the communication in all channels and make sure the strategies you set are implemented, measured and followed up on. You will actively analyze data and activities so that the team constantly can optimize the dialogues. You will set up rules for how, when and why the dialogue take place - all with the donors perspective in mind. To help you reach your goals you will work closely with the Product Owners and marketing team as well as other functions in the organization.
To succeed in this role you probably have a few years from working with CRM and customer driven communication. You are analytical and business oriented with a good understanding of the digital customer journey. As a person you are a doer who identifies what needs to be done, who needs to be involved - and make it happen. You are definitely a team player who shares the values of the organization.
