Being Scandinavia's largest provider of out-of-home media with a platform that reaches millions of people every day Clear Channel is now looking to take the next step forward. Diving deeper into the possibilities of Programmatic and automated buying.

In this role, you will be co-responsible for defining and fully responsible for implementing the programmatic strategy and will hence lead the execution and management of this approach.
You will drive the development of Clear Channel’s programmatic proposition by defining and implementing the full programmatic value chain to ensure a programmatic infrastructure is in place to support the needs of programmatic buyers. You will report to the Scandinavian Chief Product Officer and act as his co-driver and main liaison in the programmatic space.

Role responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the implementation of the full programmatic value chain in all three markets in Scandinavia
  • Work closely with the rest of the Product department and Sales to define our programmatic proposition and go-to-market strategy/plan
  • Be part of the international team who will lead the implementation of programmatic buying across Europe and secure the right capabilities for Clear Chanels programmatic proposition and overall value chain.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and prioritize automation, determine the impact on our products and services, and gain internal support for new initiatives
  • Be the programmatic thought leader and wizard and make sure we have the opportunity to lead the conversation in the market


  • Come from a similar role at a Media Agency and/or programmatic platform provider, preferably you also have experience from being on the client side
  • Have a deep understanding of the Programmatic value chain – from both a technical and commercial perspective, from both the demand and supply-side
  • Holds a passion for, and deep understanding of digital media monetization products and trends, strong knowledge of advertising technology.
  • Are a strategic thinker, operational challenger – someone who wants to bring a new baby to life!
  • Have worked in this field for 5-10 years 

For total success in this role, we are looking for an expert in the programmatic trading space. You must hold a versatile mix of strategic and operational skills as this is a role with both strategic thinking and execution of the programmatic proposition daily. This means working both with the overall business area as well as diving in to nitty gritty operational task without a blink.
