Kodiak Hub is now looking for a true Leader to head the Customer Success Team. Kodiak Hub is searching for someone that can challenge the status quo whilst also inspiring our customers and the team to greater heights, enabling them to become even more successful than they already are.

As a Chief Customer Officer, you will be responsible for successfully recruiting, retaining, and developing talent within the Customer Success Team, and for maintaining the very strong net-revenue retention based on the ongoing and growing success of the customers.

Candidates Requirements & Attributes: 

  • Proven experience of leading teams and projects
  • Ability to work closely with a tech team and serve as the bridge between user needs and our product roadmap.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with a Marketing and Sales team to leverage the customer-base as up-sales potential. 
  • An ambitious - and kind - relationship builder. 
  • Fluency in professional English plus at least one more language.
  • University Degree of a Bachelors level. 
  • Experience working with Large to Enterprise Customers is not required but appreciated. 
  • Domain knowledge of supply chain, procurement, sourcing, quality, and/or sustainability is not required but appreciated.
