As Group Manager Media, Insights & Content you will be strategically and operationally responsible for their media purchases, including media strategies, media plans and follow-ups, for the B2C business area. Your days will be filled with everything from contacts with their media agency as well as hands on-work with performance marketing. You will also have overall responsibility for Content Marketing and Insights as well as having staff responsibility for Content Manager and Consumer Insight Manager. The role belongs to their Marketing Management and reports to Head of Consumer Marketing.
Tre are looking for someone who is passionate about, and has broad and deep experience of, media strategy and buying media with a focus on ROI and an interest in running the business using data and insights. You have experience in leading people. Knowledge within content marketing and insight/research is an advantage.
As a person you are result-oriented, agile and a relationship builder. You have a strategic height, but you also appreciate working hands on on a daily basis. You thrive in an environment that is constantly changing at a high pace where you contribute with structure, flexibility and a solution-oriented mind.
• At least 7 years experience from media strategy and media purchases
• Experience from media agency and/or from the role as media manager
• Experience of personnel responsibility and running effective teams
• University education with a focus on marketing or similar
