Anyfin provide smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people – where they believe it belongs.
So far, they’ve helped the Swedes and the Finns save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But they aim higher. New markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial situation.
Help Anyfin to understand more!
As a User Researcher you will help Anyfin to become much better at understanding their current, but perhaps above all, their future customers. What drives them in their financial everyday life and how Anyfin best can help them.
You will plan and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research. The results and insights will support the product development and product strategy moving forward. To make sure that Anyfin’s products are in line with both user and business needs. Currently they are lacking this function and there is therefore an opportunity to grow in this role - that is to possibly lead this work and function, and be the advocate of user research in the entire company. Also with the opportunity to expand a research team and then be the leader of that group.
This role will be part of the product team and will work very closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers. But also the Head of Design and senior management.
You have at least 5 years of experience from a similar role and responsibility. Preferably from the tech industry or/and at a fast growing startup.
They are looking for someone with a brave attitude and flexible personality. A person who is used to challenging and questioning, in order to arrive at even better insights and solutions. But at the same time, a team player who also likes to have fun at work.
Anyfin are just in the starting blocks, facing a major repositioning as a brand and company.
