Leo’s Lekland was founded in 2006 and is today the largest indoor play center operator in Northern Europe for children between 2-8 years old. With wellbeing in focus by keeping children in motion, Leo’s offer a clean and modern play area accompanied by bistro and souvenir shop creating an enjoyable environment for both the children and their parents. The company is headquartered in Luleå, Sweden and currently has 51 play centers located in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany. The marketing organization is based in Stockholm, serving all countries. Now they're stepping up their game, both digtally and internationally.
Overall responsibilities and tasks includes:
Drive volume and ticket sales in Leo's five countries, with primary focus on developing digital communication, loyalty programs, price and product development.
You will report to the CEO of Leos and are part of the group management, which works closely together to achieve the company's overall goals.
Manage and lead Leo's marketing department consisting of 5 - 6 people.
Together with the management team develop and implement the company's overall strategy plans, with special focus on the part concerning the company's commercial development, ie. brand, communication and sales strategies.
Revenue responsibility for Leo's ticket sales. Cost responsibility for its own department, including Leo's communication budget.
Formulate clear goals for Leo's sales development with KPIs that enable continuous follow-up (number of visitors, frequency of visits, sales / visitors, guest satisfaction, etc.).
Optimization and programming of the company's loyalty program (700,000 members), Marketing Automation activities with visitors before, during and after the visit.
Develop Leo's digital presence on new platforms - such as apps, movies and games.
Own and optimize the company's branding and communication platforms as well as IP and storytelling.
