With the expansion of their Marketing team, they have their sights set on establishing Influencer Marketing (IM) excellence – which is where you come in!
As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Happy Socks, you will own and build upon the IM Strategy and be responsible for global objectives, amongst many other exciting things. Leading their Influencer Marketing will mean acting as the “spider in the web” working cross-functionally (at HQ and with their markets) and also externally (with agencies) to create, implement, and follow-up on all IM strategies and initiatives. You will also be responsible for communicating and presenting IM-related information across the organization.
We think you are someone with 3+ years of experience in the IM space and have worked at an agency (or with one). You are passionate about IM and knowledgeable about the landscape (trends, tools, agencies, etc) and are comfortable leveraging insights and data to define objectives and KPIs. As a person, you are communicative, analytical, and a do-er. This is a brand new role on a growing team: a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious team-player.
