Columbia Road is a consultancy focusing on digital growth. The company is an independent subsidiary of Futurice (www.futurice.se), a digital service creation agency of 500 people based in Berlin, London, Helsinki (HQ), Stockholm, München and Oslo.

Measurable business impact in the world of too many apps

Founded in 2016 Columbia Road approach digitalization from a business point-of-view. The key driver for the whole company is to produce concrete, measurable business impact in the world of too many apps. Columbia Road helps organizations to grow on all levels, from top-management growth strategy to tactical growth hacking of their digital channels.

Today Columbia Road employs a cross-functional team (Finland) of 50 marketers, ecommerce developers and designers and they expect to continue their rapid growth rate. International markets play a crucial role in their own growth strategy and the next step is Sweden.
What do you bring to the table?

Your tech and digital experience is the foundation that will make you and Columbia Road succeed. Your passion for and knowledge about tech and its possibilities makes you a strong leader both for clients and your organization. You always strive to deliver impeccable customer experiences across all touchpoints and you know how to use tech to do just that. You have a proven track record in P&L responsible roles from digital consulting / agency. Managing commercial and project-delivery teams / businesses in Sweden.

Business development and sales:
You are an experienced business developer with a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset and excellent people skills who can build a nascent business and scale without a ‘play book’. You can handle strategic and complex deals with international stakeholders, building long-term, high-value partnerships through effective account management and problem-solving - both personally and through your team.

When building the Swedish office you will need to activate your network and pull all the strings.
Knowing the right people in target sectors will be key!

You are an exceptional leader and a strong communicator – experienced in recruiting, managing and developing first-class teams with the right culture. You will deploy a ‘test and learn’ culture and will be hands-on in ensuring a premium service is delivered at all times

PS. You need to be fluent in Swedish.
