As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will own, build and optimize the customer onboarding strategy on a global level, and create communication based on data to maximize timely, relevant and engaging customer communications. You will set actions to engage new customers and work closely with Analytics, CRM, Design & Development teams to manage the setup, tracking, and measurement of all campaigns. You will also provide actionable insights on data to drive success and opportunities on existing and new tactics, and create onboarding strategies for specific audiences and channels. To sum it up, ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience from marketing materials to product engagement.

To find joy in this job, you have probably been doing something close to this for a couple of years, have digital marketing experience and been working with/in multi-disciplined teams. You will join an international team, and work from the new office in central Stockholm. At Readly, you get the chance to work with an exciting and constantly developing product in a fast-paced start-up environment. For this position, you need to be fluent in English.
