As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will own, build and optimize the customer onboarding strategy on a global level, and create communication based on data to maximize timely, relevant and engaging customer communications. You will set actions to engage new customers and work closely with Analytics, CRM, Design & Development teams to manage the setup, tracking, and measurement of all campaigns. You will also provide actionable insights on data to drive success and opportunities on existing and new tactics, and create onboarding strategies for specific audiences and channels. To sum it up, ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience from marketing materials to product engagement.

You will join an international team, and work from the new office in central Stockholm.
