KIT is on an exciting journey and are growing fast, with a wide range of clients such as Naturskyddsföreningen, Barncancerfonden, Stockholms Stad to name a few. We are now looking to expand the KIT - Story Engine team with one, or more Customer Success Managers that will make sure their customers receive a great experience and as optimal use as possible of the product.
Story engine, a unique content creation platform that helps marketers to tell great stories with effect.
As a Customer Success Manager at KIT, you will be responsible for educating customers about the functionality of Story Engine. The role includes demonstrating the products, educating users, providing insights and areas for improvement, and inspiring customers through creative workshops. You will also be the expert when it comes to content and communication in today's media landscape and support sales by acting as a product specialist.
As a person you probably always think ”customer first”, are service oriented and eager to take on a challenge. This is a great opportunity to develop within the role and grow with the team and company. The right mindset is most important to succeed in this position and also a few years prior experience in customer service and/or relationship management and perhaps also marketing. Also, for this position you need to be fluent in Swedish.
