We are now looking for an Account Director that will be responsible for heading some of INGO´s biggest clients and complex projects. You will lead, plan and manage projects both internally and towards clients and also participate in developing new businesses.
To thrive in this role you need to have strong skills in communication and business strategy as well as great people and leadership qualities. As a person you are probably proactive and have an ability to create energy in teams and with clients both when it comes to pitching new ideas and also to push projects forward. You probably have a couple of years of experience from a similar agency and a curious mindset. You are good at building relations and present ideas at management level.
