In this role, you have the strategic and operational responsibility to lead projects for the Menswear Business Unit. You will work very closely with regions as well as global stakeholders and supporting functions within H&M Brand. You will play an important part in creating the No.1 Menswear destination!
Your key responsibilities:
Drive the future development for Digital and Physical customer experience in a 2-5 and 10-year perspective.
Create strong project teams with the right skills needed to achieve the desired state and goals.
Write clear and concrete assignments - and creative briefs, based on insights and research relevant to the projects.
Responsible for create clear Business cases together with the project team that can be launched in the region and for supporting functions.
Set clear and realistic timelines and work processes.
Responsible for the project budget, follow-up on costs and results.
