TUI Nordic consists of the tour operators TUI Sweden, TUI Norway, TUI Denmark and TUI Finland. They depart from over 44 airports in Nordics to over 180 destinations around the globe, have 1.5 million customers annually and 1,600 employees.
At the TUI office in Södermalm, Stockholm, the employees have started to return after working 1.5 years at a distance. However, TUI's policy has always been to promote what they call “Life balance”. This means that you as an employee are free to work from where you work best. If you want, you can even work from a temporary place overseas for up to 30 days.
As a Programmatic Manager at TUI, you will be one of two specialists in your field. You are responsible for putting together a successful programmatic strategy and ensuring that it works in practice. Working in cross department projects with other international specialists teams within the TUI Group.
You identify KPIs, maximize trading desk purchases, test and evaluate your campaigns and report the results to internal stakeholders. All in close collaboration with the creative department and soon a Digital Marketing Producer dedicated to your team.

We would like you to have at least 3 years of proven, hands-on-experience in real time bidding/bid management, campaign management and digital media buying. As well as at least 2 years experience of Google's Full Stack Marketing platform.
