You will be part of their exciting teams of developers, content, marketing and analysis - where you will play a key role in optimizing their digital efforts. You will identify the low hanging "pain points" and establish a good technical foundation of the site to build from. You'll set the roadmap on a strategy level, still not afraid of getting your hands "dirty" to make things happen. You probably have done this for a couple of years and are comfortable in your knowledge and can show for it.
Your main focus is to give the users and customers the best possible experience visiting the site and digital platforms. As well as implement processes (AB/testing to agile) and be supportive and advisory when it comes to determining requirements of different suppliers.
This is a gig starting ASAP (preferably) and for around 4-6 months. A flexible set-up is possible but you'll need to be onsite at their HQ in Stockholm a few days per week.
