To succeed on this exiting journey we are helping them with more than a few roles to their Stockholm based head office. To start with, a Customer Relations Manager.
For the role as CRM we are searching for a person that can help Colorama to the next level with their customer relations. Someone analytical and business oriented with a creative mind that is driven by trying new methods to achieve best-in-class customer experience and who wants to be a part of building something new.
In this role you will strengthen Colorama’s presence and relevance both locally and nationally to the existing customers. You will work closely together with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to achieve goals in growth, brand awareness and increased digital presence.
You will have a key role in developing comprehensive communication, through various channels to both new and existing customers, as well as maximizing satisfaction and revenue through insight, marketing automation and marketing communication. You will work both strategically and hands on, and must have a good understanding of digital channels and the digital customer journey.
You probably have a few years of experience working broadly with CRM both strategically and operative. You will build the Colorama way of work within CRM and therefore need to be both creative and hands on.
This is a great opportunity to build something new, both to make longterm strategy and short term actions.
For this position, you need to be fluent in Swedish.
