TRIB is happy and proud to once again be helping Nobia to strengthen their digital team. This time helping them find three important roles to help shape their future! Nobia is currently going through an exciting and expansive phase with new strategies in place which focus on putting the customer experience and digital development at the focal point. They are investing heavily in the digital space and is building new digital products using the latest technology to create unique consumer experiences.
As their brand new Platform Application Manager you will be supporting Nobia’s business users with application expertise regarding their digital platform and either solve issues directly or in collaboration with the development teams including PO’s, QA, Web editors and developers. You will be in charge of the service desk process, analyzing incoming support requests and bug reports and quickly set a priority and solve problems together with the team or with external service providers. A real spider in the web kind of role where technical knowledge, communication skills and an ability to quickly change from operational to tactical perspectives is key.
We think you have probably worked within the EpiServer CMS before either as a Developer, Tester or a Project Manager/Scrum Master before.
