As Marketing Manager (food tourism), your task will be to, on behalf of the "meal tourism program", create international marketing, together with other colleagues in different communication disciplines at Visit Sweden. The purpose is to strengthen Sweden's competitiveness as a destination. Engaging the target group; food-intensive travelers, and increase their willingness to come to Sweden.
You’ve overall responsibility for planning and leading the creative work and delivery from the agencies, based on an understanding of the different target groups and selected markets.
Above also includes all production and activation. This is in close cooperation with the different countries, local regions and the tourism industry.
You’ll ensure that the goals are achieved, through smart and well-planned communication, based on Visit Sweden’s marketing strategy (and budget). You'll establish relevant KPIs and follow up on these.
You have at least 8+ years of similar (international) experience from all types of communication disciplines. Working with strategy, concept, production, activation, content, PR, digital. You’re great at stakeholder management, project planning and execution of activities. Also a strong communicator, both in Swedish and English.
This is a 2-year assignement, with the possibility of extension.
