Would you like to build and roll out the global media strategy for a new global sportswear brand? Are you an expert in building global media strategies that enable brands to grow? Do you have passion for digital media and new media channels? If so, you might be who we’re looking for as we’re helping our friend’s at H&M Sport find their next Global Media Lead.

As their next Global Media Lead you will be responsible for leading and developing the long-term media strategy for H&M Sport with the aim to drive awareness and consideration.

It's everything high, low, and exciting like:

  • Be responsible for leading and developing the long-term global media strategy, with a focus on developing the social and digital media strategy as well as the channels in the H&M owned ecosystem. You'll be collaborating with other Channel Owners to develop channel strategies for their different customer groups.

  • You will explore and develop their presence on new media channels and constantly test and learn new ways to reach new audiences.

  • Take the lead on setting global media budget processes.

  • Take the lead on implementating the defined media strategy across markets and regions.

  • Take the lead on setting and tracking media specific KPIs.


We believe you are:

A strategic, proactive, analytical and business minded person with 5-7 years’ of experience from strategic roles at a media agency or on the client side within media or brand communications. And it goes without saying; you have a genuine passion for sport!

This is a fulltime position based in Stockholm. You will report to the Head of Marketing at H&M Sport and work in close collaboration with all different functions within H&M Sport brand.
