As Head of Marketing & Communications, you are responsible for growing the Futurice brand, business, and experience in Sweden. Your goal is to establish Futurice top of mind in the industry by using your digital marketing and communications skills. You will develop and own the marketing roadmap together with management and business. You will be working daily with the local marketing workgroup and also have the support of and work closely with Futurice global marketing team.

 You will bring the brand to life, be responsible for strategy as well as tactics. With love for data and iterations from results, you always strive to do better, keeping it fresh and relevant with the right outcome. You are a data-driven marketer who knows how to build brand awareness through digital channels.

This role needs you to have a broad set of marketing skills, a willingness to be both strategic and very hands-on. You have experience from working in a mid-size organization where you have had the opportunity to take an idea from a thought to concept and launch and can drive that process by yourself together with the right internal knowledge.

In short:
Leading and building marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional campaigns, including both inbound and outbound tactics.

Developing and implementing a target account strategy to support account-based sales. 

Creating and implementing sales pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts, jointly with the leadership team. 

Constantly find and try new digital and social marketing approaches that may be of value, -creating a pipeline of tests with pilots on the most promising.

Make use of and maintaining a comprehensive collection of case studies. 
Working closely with content and digital marketing to ensure high-quality content is available for all campaigns. 

Setting metrics and analyzing results in terms of ROI and relative to selected metrics KPIs.
