Founded in Sweden in 2009, Humans since 1982 creates exclusive objects based on accessible concepts with the aim of enabling people to reflect on everyday life. Their ambition is now to continue to grow and diversify the studio by increasing the reach of their existing work, as well as developing new projects through collaborations with like-minded brands.
As Chief Brand Officer you’ll lead global marketing and branding
projects in line with innovative marketing strategies - pushing the boundaries of what, how, and where the brand communicates to promote the
brand identity. All this is in close cooperation with the commercial team.
You’ll develop global brand strategies and activities in close symbiosis with other internal teams, but also in collaboration with other brands and different artists. Acting as their Chief Storyteller, you’ll own and create their narrative and ensure that the tone of voice resonates with the market, with a consistent look and message.
You’ll push the visual identity in a creative way, including all touchpoints, channels, and other modes of expression -- both digital and physical. All this with a clear desire to create affinity for the brand and to grow engagement with targeted prospecting clients and employees. The Chief Brand Officer will be responsible for both the global Social Media strategy and PR.
A genuine passion for design, art, and popular culture is a must.
As a person, you have at least 5 years of experience in modern marketing leadership, working with branding, content, and/or viral communication. As a guiding star of the brand you have integrity and are confident and responsive with a flexible attitude in an ever-changing and creatively-driven organization.
You also have an exceptional organizational ability as well as being a clear and problem-solving-oriented communicator. You find pleasure in mixing strategic work with faster, more hands-on tasks.
