Telenor has for some time been working with their organisational structure and UX processes. That means that they have put big effort in how the teams are built up and more or less eliminated hierarchy. They are modern and agile with both product teams and a dedicated UX Chapter.
As a UX Designer at Telenor, you´ll get the opportunity to push for innovation and develop new ways of working in an agile and flexible environment with data and insights as the hero. In a passionate multi-disciplinary structure, together with product owners, visual designers, developers, testers, and analysts, you will get to try, test and try again to learn and continue to develop great products. Creating beautifully crafted experiences for Telenor customers across all platforms.
To be succesfull in this role you have:
- At least about 5 years of experience as UX Designer or similar.
- Experience in consumer research and testing for consumer services.
- Experience in prototyping. From pen and paper to clickable prototypes.
- Experience of working with agile methods in cross-functional teams.
