As part of the Digital Experience & Innovation unit, the team Group Customer Experience Design focuses on leading and pushing SEB’s digital products towards an even better experience design. With a consistent brand expression, on all services, websites and other digital channels.
As head of this team, you will be responsible for areas such as Customer Experience, Service and Digital Design, in close collaboration with other design groups and stakeholders within the organization.
You will be a driving force within SEB on how to, mainly in a digital context, work with creating world-class service to their customers. And will take responsibility for steering and prioritizing all different available design resources.
We’re looking for a skilled, modern and digital visionary frontrunner.
Of course, you already have significant experience with similar tasks and challenges. And you have a great passion for digital development and its various forms and expressions. Mobile is also totally natural and something you find very interesting.
Also, you are a skilled modern leader, with experience from working in cross-functional contexts, using smart methods and tools, with strong communication and networking abilities.
