As Head of Business Development & Planning, you will lead a small team with a huge impact. This newly formed team, part of our Business Acceleration & Planning function, will be in the "center" of the organization, coordinating projects and initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive change through analysis, insight and strategy, support the Market Activation team in implementation to enable growth opportunities and fast-paced processes to seize them.
You need to be a person with a curious mindset, able to write and develop the playbook as you go, trusting your knowledge and experience from business development and leadership within FMCG. You will develop business strategies for the TAC brands (Absolut, Malibu and Kahlúa) by bridging global brand strategies to local market brand plans, finding and investigating potential growth relays.
You will manage and have experience from:
Drive strong coordination, collaboration and alignment between TAC and Market Companies stakeholders across the annual Business Planning Cycle.
Ensure translation of global brand strategies and business objectives into clear local roadmaps and action plans (with commercial and consumer guidelines.
Drive market segmentation and prioritization based on expected business growth, and contribute to the definition of market activation playbooks.
Identify and assess potential growth relays (markets, channels, products) and recommend business strategies to capture the growth opportunities.
Investigate RGM opportunities.
Ensure commercial and marketing performance KPIs are in place and being tracked and consolidated across markets against brand plans, working closely with Market Activation Team.
Work with the Business Performance and Analysis (Finance) team to identify new growth.
Find opportunities for the future of TAC brands.
Initiate and lead specific local projects to grow TAC brands in identified markets or channels.
