About the role

As an E-commerce manager at Inika Superfoods you will have a significant possibility to impact the future of the company with a position in the leadership team.
Your main responsibility will be to drive sales performance of the e-commerce platform. To do that you provide insights on customer shopping trends, continuously test and improve the sales platform and increase and optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Your daily activities will include:

• Responsible for developing and executing the E-Commerce DTC growth strategy
• Own the DTC sales platform including UX and interfaces with marketing and logistics
• Increase and optimize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Drive sales performance of the e-commerce platform
• Manage and execute promotional campaigns in line with the brand strategy
• Monitor and optimize performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance
• Work strategically and operationally
