As a CRM Manager you work close together with a campaign technician to plan, implement and optimize the dialogues with existing customers. Creating new, and improving existing, dialogues and activities that process the entire customer base in order to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. All this with a constant follow-up to see results and efficiency.
You and your team collaborate closely with the Advanced Analytics team and Martech, as well as the Marketing Team and Digital Channels to create campaigns and deliver relevant communication to the right audience. The aim is to increase profitability but always with the customer satisfaction in focus.
For this role we are looking for a person who is a curious team player.
A person who knows how to prioritize and dares to challenge. Someone that wants to create own ideas and follow up on initiatives. You probably have a sense of look and feel but more importantly that you are experienced within strategy and analytics.
As a part of the Customer Lifecycle Team you will have a lot of responsibility and great possibilities to set your own roadmap forward.
For this position it is possible to work from both the office in Stockholm or the office in Karlskrona depending on where you live.
