The Brand and Communications team are responsible for the brand strategy and concepts at a group level. They are closely cooperating with the different divisions and products in their portfolio – developing and evaluating communication activities and build the Lantmännen brand as an asset for the entire group.
As a Brand & Communications manager you will work closely with Head of Marketing Communications & Branding and the PR Manager. You'll establish and implement strategy and market plans in agreement with overall business goals and brand strategy. You'll work with partners and agencies for advertising, PR, design, digital and media, as well as be the expert in brand communication issues for the group and the product brands.
To thrive in this role you probably have profound experience from leading brand and communications projects, and a good business and commercial mindset. A modern marketeer used to manage digital campaigns and tools. We see that you are advisory and comfortable in presenting at management level and are ambitious, structured and are used to manage your own projects in complex organizations.
