As a UX-designer at GANT, you are down to details in terms of usability with a heavy focus on interaction and accessibility. You will be creating sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes and you have a big interest in e-commerce and conversions. You will be the expert and key-person who has the eye of the usability, but also, when necessary, the graphic details of your solutions.
You have strong skills in solving problems, finding creative solutions, taking initiatives and locate answers to obvious and hidden problems without being asked. You have a growth mindset - you are nimble, adapt to change and are not afraid of taking risks because you know you learn from mistakes. What makes the customer engage with a brand is something that drives you and your work and you have a very good ability to understand and respond to stakeholder requirements.
As a person you are inclusive, empathetic, curious and humble and a collaborative team player. You facilitate design sprint workshops, sketch up user stories, work with post-its and have an agile design thinking. You have a University degree within interaction design or relevant, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a UX designer or equivalent.
You will collaborate with a lot of competent coworkers within GANT and the Global E-Commerce team - such as Content Managers, Product Owner, and e-Commerce Managers.
